An empath is "a person with the paranormal ability to apprehend the mental or emotional state of another individual.” Being an empath can be our superpower! But it can also be our biggest challenge - especially during these crazy times. As an empath, it can be very difficult to mitigate what others are feeling vs. what we are feeling, making it difficult to connect to our truth and intuition. Join me and other powerful empaths in my Intuitive Women’s Circle where we dive in and explore your empathic superpower and create some healthy boundaries with our empathic abilities.

I’ve been a life coach for almost 20 years and I love creating sacred spaces for women to collaborate, listen, share, grow, and learn from each other. My Intention with these monthly circles is to invoke the collective wisdom within us so we can feel connected and empowered as we move through our lives.

We will start our sacred circle with some introductions, followed by an in-depth dive discussion with like-minded women looking for a space to speak and be heard without judgment. Once we generate some clarity, we will set some powerful intentions. There will be a guided meditation followed by a group tarot card reading. For those who enjoy journaling, I will leave you with some journaling prompts to dig deep on your own at your own time and pace.
